Prices – All prices are for the first-day rental. Any day after the first day, a half day charge will be added. For week-long events, special rates may apply.
Day before Pickup – Due to client schedules or need of equipment before business open hours, we offer flexible day before pickups for a variable fee. Equipment must be picked up after 12:00 PM to get this discount.
Pickup and other Appointment Times – You may arrange by appointment only from 9:30 to 5:30 on Monday-Friday. We Are Closed Saturday and Sunday so events on the weekend may be picked up on Friday. Deliveries can be arrange on weekend for additional fees.
Return Times – Equipment must be returned the following business day by 12:00 PM to make sure no additional charges are incurred. Mondays are our standard return day 9:30-12PM.
Equipment Reservation – To officially reserve equipment, at least a 50% balance deposit is required. A confirmation will be emailed by end of following business day.
Cancellation / Refund Policy – All bookings remain eligible for a refund up to 4 weeks before the scheduled event. Any booking made within 4 weeks of the event will remain eligible for a refund up to 48 hours after booking. Thereafter, all deposits will be refunded in store credit valid for 1 year following a cancellation. No store credit will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
Rescheduling – Due to unknown circumstances, rescheduling may be requested prior to 24 hours of the event. Rescheduling will be pending equipment and staff availability.
