Prices – All prices are for the first-day rental. Any day after the first day, a half day charge will be added. For week-long events, special rates may apply.

 

Day before Pickup – Due to client schedules or need of equipment before business open hours, we offer flexible day before pickups for $30. Equipment must be picked up after 12:00 PM to get this discount.

 

Pickup and other Appointment Times – You may arrange by appointment only from 9:30 to 5:30 on Monday-Friday and 9:30-3:30 Saturday.

 

Return Times – Equipment must be returned the following business day by 1:00 PM to make sure no additional charges are incurred.  Mondays are our standard return day 9:30-1PM.

 

Equipment Reservation – To officially reserve equipment, at least a 50% balance deposit is required.  A confirmation will be emailed by end of following business day.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy – Cancellations must be made within 48 hours from time of booking. Thereafter, all deposits will be refunded in store credit valid for 1 year following a cancellation. For far-out bookings, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to receive store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event.

 

Rescheduling – Due to unknown circumstances, rescheduling may be requested prior to 24 hours of the event. Rescheduling will be pending equipment and staff availability.
